How crazy is it that it's already 2018?! It blows my mind that I'm already in my second year out of school.

How did that happen so quickly?!

I am SO excited and ready for what God is going to do in these next 12 months. I just have this feeling something BIG is on it's way and I can not wait to see how God continues to use my friends and I though it all. I know that this next season, not only for me but for you is one that God is going to want to use to shape us, change us and speak to us in ways that we have never experienced before. It's going to be a season of growth that I am very excited for.

Knowing just how much God flipped my world upside down last year, I am very prepared for Him to do the same again. In fact - I know that he's going to. My new years resolutions that I am setting are in preparation of this. So I thought that I would share them with you all in the hopes that it would maybe inspire you to actually make some changes this year and to place these next twelve months in God's hands and actually let him take the wheel.

My motto for this year is NEW YEAR - BETTER ME. I feel like we become so consumed in the whole "New Year - New Me" mindset and try to completely reinvent ourselves any chance that we get. Then by the time New Years rolls around again we become discouraged at the fact that actually, we're the same people we were when the year started. This year I'm making an effort to shift from that mindset and say actually, this year I'm going to let God shape me into the person that He wants me to be - not who I think that I should be.

I also have just two new years resolutions to go along with this:

01. Read my bible at least once EVERYDAY.
02. Be more intentional with everything that I do and get involved with.

I'm hoping that these will help make me a better version of me and that it would get me on track to being the person that God had planned all along.

Let's make 2018 the BEST year yet - it's already shaping up to be one of the most memorable. God has something big planned for every single one of us. Let's prepare ourselves for whats to come.

XO, Danielle
