I recently purchased the book 14,000 Things to be Happy About by Barbara Ann Kipfer from a website called Thrift Books (10/10 recommend). I can honestly say that it is now hands down one of my all time favourite books. I've been sitting with a highlighter and pen in hand every time I've read it. It's basically a 612 page list of things to be happy about (surprise, surprise). You can tell a lot about a person by what makes them smile and I'd love to take a look at the things those in my world would highlight throughout this book should they have a copy.

I've loved it so much however, that I have decided to write a series inspired by this book. A series of the list that I would have written if this book had been mine. A series full of ideas I highlighted from the book but also that are completely my own. A series that I encourage all of you to have a go at - it might just make you smile.
